Partner
Holds a bachelor of Laws degree from the prestigious Madonna University, Okija - Anambra State, Nigeria and is attended the Nigerian Law School, Bwari, Abuja. He started his legal career with the legal department of UAC Nig. Plc in Lagos State during his NYSC assignment and gained practical knowledge of the corporate law. He has since practiced in a number of firms as Solicitor and Advocate with Messers Njemanze & Njemanze SAN in Owerri, Imo State and M.E Onyeka & Co. in Makurdi, Benue State.
Amasiatu has wide knowledge in various aspects of the law, especially on Commercial Law litigation, Alternative dispute resolution, Aviation law, Maritime law, Property law and related issues. He's purpose- driven, a writer, poet and a team player. He's a member of the Nigerian Bar Association.
